MARISSA ROSSOUKH, NP-C

Medical Director

Dr. Rossoukh’s specialities over the years focused mainly in the education of young nurses in critical care medicine & surgery as well as trauma. Changing specialities to occupational heath after working overseas; over the years, she had worked at the Interamerican Development Bank, Exxon Mobile, World Bank, Neighborhoods Health, and more recently Sibley Memorial Hospital as a designated Nurse Practitioner at the Johns Hopkins Injury Clinic.

KAREN OUZTS

Director, Compliance and Risk Managment, and Licensed Master Esthetician

Karen is an experienced attorney, enterprise risk management (ERM) professional, and a Master Esthetician. She is a recent graduate from the Lillique Training Institute’s Basic and Master Esthetician programs. After 20 years in public service, Karen decided to pursue her passion for skincare. She combines this passion, her expertise in compliance, ERM, and the law to provide a unique perspective on ensuring client safety and recommending improvements in efficiencies in Lillique’s operations.

Education: Karen received her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, her M.A. from George Washington University, and her J.D. from American University. She is a certified compliance professional with the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and is oncology esthetics-trained through Oncology Spa Solutions.

AMY SHARIFI

Licensed Master Esthetic Instructor and Permanent Makeup Artist

Amy is a licensed master esthetic instructor, master esthetician & permanent makeup artist and has a combined experience of over 25 years. She holds an advanced certification in lymphatic drainage from the Dr. Vodder school, oncology skin care. Later she pursued her passion for understanding and treating the human body by continuing her studies at the Esthetic Academy of Silverstrini, specializing in advanced esthetic treatments, Electrotherapy, Massage therapy, Electrolysis, Manicure, Pedicure and Makeup Artistry. She worked for Silverstrini Spa and Grand Hotel Spa in Rome, Italy for several years before leaving the country, later moving to Washington D.C. where Amy continued to work in the Esthetic field as an instructor. Her highest goal is to guide her students to become confident and skilled in the esthetic field, to develop a passion to serve their clients and never stop learning.

Education: She received her BA from Fine Art Academy ( Academia di Belle Arti) of Rome, Italy in 1980 and her Master Esthetic Instructor certification from Ana Visage Institute in 2007.

TONI RYKACZEWSKI

Licensed Master Esthetic Instructor and Laser Technician

Toni is known throughout the professional spa industry as a clinical master Esthetician and laser technician. She has over 10 years of experience in custom facial treatment, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, HIFU, body sculpting, various laser treatments for hair removal and skin rejuvenation, and electrolysis. She has extensive education and training which helped her realize her true passion is skincare. She started teaching at aesthetic schools and found it to be extremely fulfilling, as she could share her experience and learnings with other students.

CAMILA NUNEZ

Administrator

Camilia manages student registration for all Lillique Training Institute programs. She is responsible for processing students’ payments, managing Lillique’s recordkeeping, performing office manager duties (e.g., scheduling, maintaining inventory), and supporting Lillique’s instructors.

Camila joined the Lillique team in June of 2021. She is very passionate about education and beauty. Most of all, she looks forward to working with the Lillique students to support them to continue the strong history of academic excellence here at Lillique Training Institute. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the Virginia Commonwealth University in Psychology. She loves music and enjoys spending time with her family.

KRISTEN WOODS

Licensed Master Esthetic Instructor

At Lillique Training Institute, we offer comprehensive and specialized training in a variety of areas related to beauty and esthetics. Our passionate instructors are continuously striving to learn and improve their lesson plans for the students. We are especially proud of Kristen Woods, our expert stateboard trainer and assistant instructor. Kristen completed her Basic Esthetic, Master Esthetic and Instructor programs right here at Lillique and is committed to providing the best possible education to her students. 

Zee Asghar

Master Esthetic Instructor

Zee has over 25 years of experience in the skincare field from owning a day spa to training and consulting spas nationally and internationally. She is certified in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, lymphatic face & neck massage, lasers, IPL and Micro Needling with Radio frequency treatments. Zee feels our skin is a window to our health therefore taking a scientific approach combined with years of experience to ensure all options are explored for her patient’s individualized needs and concerns from non-surgical to surgical services. 

German Prieto 

Master Barber and Scalp Micropigmentation Artist 

​German is a highly skilled and experienced professional in the beauty industry, trained by some of the industry's most prominent experts. With over 14 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry, German has honed his craft and become a multiple award-winning professional. His passion and dedication for changing people's appearance for the better has grown throughout the years, allowing him to master new skills and take on new adventures within the beauty world. Helping people look and feel great is what he specializes in and has now taken all of his skill sets and has put it into educating the professionals of today in order to take this industry to new levels. Perfect and immaculate results, are an outcome of perfect and immaculate education and that's what we are ready to offer.

Farzaneh (Shiraz) Parmaei 

Master Permanent Makeup and Microblading Artist/Instructor

The Lillique Training Institute Permanent Cosmetic Tattoo is instructed by Shiraz, a permanent makeup and microblading artist/instructor. With over 25 years of experience, including initial training from the prestigious Reza Academy in Germany, and her licensure as an esthetician, Shiraz is a knowledgeable and passionate teacher who prioritizes client and student satisfaction.

Patricio Lizarraga

Permanent Makeup Artist and Instructor

Patricio Lizarraga is a lifelong artist whose journey into the world of tattooing began in 2005. In 2010, he obtained his cosmetic tattoo license, marking a significant milestone in his career. Eager to expand his skills and knowledge, Patricio sought mentorship from numerous world masters, honing his craft and developing his own techniques and methods over the years. His dedication and talent have earned him recognition and acclaim, with Patricio winning numerous awards for his exceptional work. His artistry has been featured on various TV shows and in prominent magazines, further solidifying his reputation as a leading figure in the industry. Despite his success, Patricio remains

steadfast in his belief that one is always a student. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve and innovate, he approaches each new project with passion and dedication, striving to deliver beautiful and impactful results for all his students and clients.

Jessie Campbell

Permanent Makeup Artist Instructor

Jessie Campbell is a highly skilled and experienced makeup artist with a passion for educating new and upcoming artists as well as her clients.

In 2007 Jessie began her career as a makeup artist bringing her creative vision to life through the art of makeup.  Alongside her makeup expertise, she possesses a strong background in photography, having obtained a degree in Photo and Film from VCU, which has greatly influenced her artistic approach. During her time working for Sephora, Jessie served as an educational expert and trainer, contributing her extensive knowledge and skills to train and educate makeup artists across stores in the DMV area.  As a Sephora educator she received training from major brand founders of high end makeup lines carried at Sephora, as well as constant training from Sephora corporate to maintain the highest standard of educating abilities. For the past decade, Jessie has thrived as a freelance makeup artist, catering to a diverse range of clients and projects.  From commercials, to movies, models, weddings, and individual clients, Jessie is able to effortlessly transition to the needs of whoever her client is. 

FRANCISCO CATEDRAL

Licensed Instructor & Makeup / Lash Trainer

Esthetician, Make-Up Artist, Lash Expert and Beauty Educator, Francisco possesses an instinctive passion and expertise in the beauty industry. He has been mastering his style as a professional makeup artist for over a decade. As a principal make-up artist, he has participated in ads, videos, short films, campaigns, and commercials. Currently, he is the Beauty Editor for World Bride Magazine even appearing in Vogue.com.

KIAN HUANG

Social Media and Outreach Support

Kian is a first year medical student who graduated from USF with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. He has a passion for health and well-being and manages Lillique Training Institute’s social media and outreach. He aims to graduate from medical school and specialize in dermatology.

NADEEM HUANG

Website and IT Support

​Nadeem is a current student majoring in Computer Engineering at the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He enjoys working with the Lillique staff and students when handling any IT questions. He also manages the school’s website, making sure it is up to date with relevant information for Lillique’s current and prospective students. Reading, watching movies, and listening to music are a couple of ways he enjoys spending his time.
