Founder and CEO
Founder and CEO, Lillique MedSpa and Lillique Training Institute
Mandana Massjouni founded Lillique Medical Spa in 2012 and Lillique Training Institute in 2016. She grew up in a cosmetology environment: her mother owned and operated a salon and spa that also included a school. Mandana is proud to follow in that family tradition and continue the legacy of excellent, individualized instruction for the next generation of students.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and brings 30 years of engineering and technology experience to Lillique. When she opened the medical spa, she wanted to merge that technology background with today’s cosmetology field. Working with estheticians early on, she saw a gap between education and hands-on experience, and she set out to train estheticians who are confident in their art as the technology keeps changing.
“Education with a difference!”
That decision shaped her motto. Lillique estheticians apply established, customized protocols with intelligent analysis of each client’s needs, and that philosophy carries over to the students at Lillique Training Institute. Through a combination of classroom education, practical exercise, and lab work, Mandana makes sure every student graduates knowing how to analyze and customize treatments for each client.
Medical Director
Dr. Rossoukh’s specialties over the years focused mainly on the education of young nurses in critical care medicine and surgery, as well as trauma. Changing specialties to occupational health after working overseas, she has worked at the Inter-American Development Bank, Exxon Mobil, the World Bank, Neighborhood Health, and, more recently, Sibley Memorial Hospital as a designated Nurse Practitioner at the Johns Hopkins Injury Clinic.
Student Relations Administrator
Camila has been an integral part of Lillique Training Institute since June 2021, ensuring students receive exceptional support throughout their educational journey. She oversees student registration, financial transactions, academic records, scheduling, and daily administrative operations while working closely with instructors to create a welcoming and organized learning environment.
With a background in psychology and a passion for education and beauty, Camila brings compassion, professionalism, and dedication to her role. Students consistently praise her kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond to help them succeed. Her warm personality and commitment to student success make her a valued member of the Lillique family.

Licensed Master Esthetic Instructor & Permanent Makeup Artist
With over 35 years of professional experience in aesthetics, skincare, and education, Amy Sharifi brings exceptional clinical expertise, international training, and a passion for teaching to Lillique Training Institute. A cornerstone of Lillique since 2016, Amy is dedicated to building a strong foundation in skincare, emphasizing uncompromising safety standards, precision, and proper techniques to prepare students for successful careers.
Amy is highly skilled in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), holding advanced certification from the internationally recognized Dr. Vodder School. Her extensive experience in lymphatic treatments and specialized training in oncology skincare reflect her deep understanding of skin health and her commitment to safe, individualized client care.
Educated in Rome, Italy, Amy studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti and the Esthetic Academy of Silverstrini, specializing in advanced aesthetics, electrotherapy, massage therapy, electrolysis, and makeup artistry. She gained valuable clinical experience at prestigious spas in Rome before continuing her career as an aesthetic educator in the Washington, D.C., area.

Licensed Master Esthetician, Esthetics Instructor & Advanced Laser Technician
With over 15 years of extensive clinical experience, Toni Rykaczewski is a highly respected skincare professional whose expertise spans advanced aesthetics, laser technology, skin rejuvenation, and corrective skincare treatments. Her exceptional knowledge of skin physiology, cutting-edge technologies, and results-driven treatment protocols has established her as a trusted authority in the aesthetics industry.
Having successfully managed a laser center for many years, Toni brings invaluable hands-on experience in advanced laser systems and energy-based aesthetic technologies. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to strategically combine multiple treatment modalities to maximize efficacy, enhance clinical outcomes, and deliver customized solutions for a wide range of skin concerns.
Her comprehensive expertise includes laser skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), noninvasive body sculpting, electrolysis, and advanced corrective facial treatments. Her deep understanding of how different technologies interact with the skin allows her to develop sophisticated treatment approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Toni’s dedication to clinical excellence, continuous learning, and student success makes her an invaluable member of the Lillique faculty. Licensed Master Esthetic Instructor & Laser Technician
With more than 25 years of experience in the skincare and aesthetics industry, Zee Asghar brings an exceptional depth of knowledge to skin health, advanced aesthetic treatments, and individualized skincare. Her extensive background includes owning and operating a day spa, training and consulting with spas nationally and internationally, and currently managing a medical spa within a plastic surgeon’s practice.
Zee’s expertise spans a wide range of advanced treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, lymphatic face and neck massage, laser and IPL technologies, and radiofrequency microneedling. Her experience across both spa and medical aesthetics allows her to understand the skin from multiple perspectives and guide clients through treatment options tailored to their individual concerns and goals.
Believing that the skin is a reflection of overall health, Zee takes a thoughtful, science-based approach to skincare, combining advanced treatment knowledge with decades of hands-on experience. She is passionate about educating clients, addressing the underlying factors that affect skin health, and helping each individual make informed decisions about their care—from customized skincare treatments to non-surgical and surgical aesthetic options.
Master Esthetic Instructor and Laser Technician
With 15 years of international customer service experience in the airline industry, including experience as an airline instructor, alongside my background as a Master Esthetician, Laser Technician, and Med Spa Manager, I bring a unique combination of hospitality, technical expertise, leadership, and real-world industry experience to esthetics education.
As an esthetics instructor, I aim to bridge the gap between theory and practice by helping students understand not only the science behind skincare and aesthetic treatments, but also how to apply that knowledge confidently in real-life situations. I emphasize hands-on learning, critical thinking, problem-solving, treatment customization, client consultation, and a results-driven approach to skincare. I also teach the importance of professionalism, client safety, communication, and creating a relaxing, personalized treatment experience.
By staying current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and treatment advancements, I strive to prepare students with relevant knowledge, practical skills, and the confidence to transition successfully into the professional world. My goal is to develop well-rounded estheticians who can deliver effective results, solve real client concerns, and provide exceptional care and memorable experiences.
Permanent Makeup Artist and Instructor
Patricio Lizarraga is a lifelong artist whose journey into the world of tattooing began in 2005. In 2010, he obtained his cosmetic tattoo license, marking a significant milestone in his career. Eager to expand his skills and knowledge, Patricio sought mentorship from numerous world masters, honing his craft and developing his own techniques and methods over the years. His dedication and talent have earned him recognition and awards, and his artistry has been featured on various TV shows and in magazines. Despite his success, Patricio remains steadfast in his belief that one is always a student, approaching each new project with passion and dedication.
Licensed Instructor and Makeup / Lash Trainer
Esthetician, makeup artist, lash expert, and beauty educator, Francisco has an instinctive passion and expertise in the beauty industry. He has been mastering his style as a professional makeup artist for over a decade and has worked on ads, videos, short films, campaigns, and commercials. Currently, he is the Beauty Editor for World Bride Magazine and has appeared in Vogue.com.
Customer Relations Representative
Mariam helps Lillique’s clients feel welcomed and supported from their first inquiry. She assists with scheduling, answers questions, and works closely with the team to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every client and student.
Wellness and Outreach Support
Kian is a medical student with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida. He supports Lillique’s wellness and outreach efforts, helping connect with the community and promote educational opportunities in esthetics and skincare. He brings a passion for health, well-being, and lifelong learning to the team.
Website and IT Support
Nadeem holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech. He supports Lillique’s staff and students with technical and IT inquiries, helping keep the school’s technology running smoothly.
