This policy explains how Lillique Training Institute and Lillique MedSpa (“Lillique,” “we,” “us”) handle information we collect through this website, our forms, online booking, and our chat box. Information we collect

• Contact details such as your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
• Enrollment information when you register as a student, such as the program you choose, emergency contact details, and the name you type to sign the enrollment agreement.
• Appointment information when you book a school tour, a student clinic treatment, or a MedSpa treatment, including the treatment, the date and time, and any notes you choose to share, such as skin concerns or medications.
• Chat box information. If you leave your name and phone number in our chat box, we save them with the question you asked and the page you were on, so we can follow up.
• Order information when you buy from our shop, such as the items and your shipping details.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by Wix and its payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Basic site information such as your browser type and pages visited, collected by Wix and by search tools we use to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

• To enroll students, schedule and provide services, and keep the records a licensed school must keep.
• To confirm, remind you about, or change appointments, and to answer your questions.
• To follow up when you ask us to, including by phone call or text message.
• To process payments and deposits and to fill shop orders.
• To improve our website and services.

Phone calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry, appointment, or enrollment. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by calling us.

Health-related information

If you share information about your skin, health history, or medications when you book a treatment, we use it only to provide your service safely. Please share only what you are comfortable with, and call us if you prefer to discuss it by phone.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run our business, such as Wix (our website, booking, forms, and payment platform) and text-message and email providers, and with government agencies when the law requires it or when you ask us to, for example the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) for student records, or the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for GI Bill® benefits.

How long we keep it

We keep student records for as long as the law and our licensing requirements require. We keep other information for as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Your choices

Cookies and similar tools

This site uses basic browser storage to remember things like the items in your shop cart and whether you have already left your details in our chat box.
